1 Tilbakemeldingar frå stipendiatane på VITHF900

Det har kome inn tilbakemeldingar frå 40 kandidatar på undersøkinga av emnet i vitskapsteori. Terje og Benedikte presenterer svara på neste møte.

2 Kurs i universitetspedagogikk

Det blir kurs i universitetspedagogikk med oppstart i haust. STIP-HF ventar på avklaring av dei siste detaljane, og vil senda ut e-post med informasjon om kurset ut til alle stipendiatane så snart me har fått dette frå HF-sekretariatet.

STIP-HF er interessert i å finna ut om det eksisterer ein oversikt over kor store dekningsbehov det er for kurs i overførbare dugleikar dei neste åra ved HF. Det er òg ynskjeleg å få ein oversikt over korleis registrering av kurs i overførbare dugleikar går føre seg: kven har ansvar, og når skjer denne registreringa?

3 Iranske stipendiatar: Korleis skal STIP-HF forholda seg til deira stilling?

STIP-HF vil jobba med å formulera ei ytring i denne saka.

4 Sosiale arrangement

Den spontane sosiale samlinga i sommar vart godt motteken. Hausten 2014 vil me prøva å arrangera lunsjmøte med ein invitert gjest. Nærare informasjon vil koma.

5 Startdagen

Det blir startdag for nye stipendiatar 23. oktober. Der vil STIP-HF presentera seg for dei stipendiatane som har starta opp det siste året.

6 Høring: endringar i administrativ bemanningsplan

Knut skriv eit utkast til svar på høringa.

7 Eventuelt

Det er allmøte 27. august kl. 10 om HF sin strategi. Me oppmodar alle stipendiatar til å koma.

Neste møte i STIP-HF blir fredag 17. oktober.

 

1 Feedback on VITHF900

40 PhD candidates have provided feedback on VITHF900. At the next meeting, Terje and Benedikte will present the results.

2 Course in University pedagogics

There will be a course in university pedagogics starting this autumn. STIP-HF awaits clarification of the last details, and we will send out information about the course to all candidates as soon as we have received this from the Secretary.

STIP-HF also wants to find out whether there exists some overview of need of coverage in the area of courses in transferrable skills during the next years at the Faculty of Humanities. We also wish to get an overview of how the registration of courses in transferrable skills is done: who has the responsibility for the registration and when does the registration happen?

3 Iranian PhD candidates: How should STIP-HF relate to their position?

STIP-HF will work on a statement.

4 Social events

The spontaneous event this summer was well received. This autumn, we will try to arrange a lunch meeting with an invited guest. More information to come.

5 The start-up day

The start-up day for new PhD candidates is on October 23. STIP-HF will present itself for the new PhD candidates.

6 Høring: changes in the administrative staff plan

Knut will write a sketch for a reply.

7 Misc

There is a general meeting on August 27, at 10, where the strategy of the Department of Humanities will be discussed. We encourage all PhD candidates to be present.

The next meeting in STIP-HF is on October 17.
